Delete account and data

Plyvite / Playconvite — DNGX Consultoria e Sistemas LTDA

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. There are two ways:

1. In the app (fastest)

In the Plyvite app, go to Account → Delete my account, confirm, and you're done: your personal data is anonymized immediately.

2. Without the app (by request)

If you no longer have the app installed, send your request through one of these channels, using the same email registered on the account:

We confirm your identity via the registered email and complete the deletion within 15 days.

What is deleted

  • Account data: name, email, phone and password.
  • Uploaded content: photos, audio and text used to build your invites.
  • Your events and guest data.

What may be retained

Purchase and billing records may be kept, dissociated from your identity, for the period required by tax/accounting law, then deleted. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
